MENNO® Dosing-foam-sprayer
Precise foam application of MENNO® products with easy handling
The device is connected to the water hose with a quick-release coupling. MENNO® products are dosed automatically and correctly. They are applied as wet foam for better spray control, to increase the necessary contact time on surfaces, to avoid spray mist and thus to ensure occupational safety.
One filling of the storage container with 3 l of product concentrate is sufficient for 300 l of ready-to-use solution. At the recommended application rate of 0.4 l/m² (area dripping wet) with a concentration of:
- 0,25 % for approx. 3,000 m^2
- 0,5 % for approx. 1500 m^2
- 0,75 % for approx. 1.000 m^2
- 1 % for approx. 750 m^2
- 2 % for approx. 375 m^2
Colored nozzles, which are inserted into the mixing head, dose the appropriate concentration.
Note: All specified color settings apply to a viscosity of the product concentrates at 20°C and a water pressure of 3.5 to 4 bar. For operational, site-specific concentration settings, the user should gage the dosing settings individually! To do this, use a flow meter to measure the water flow rate and compare it with the consumption of the product concentrate.
